Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Compensation: $46 per hour
Work Schedule: 8 AM - 4 PM
Required Education: High School Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for various employment levels.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, interview, and confirm candidate qualifications for diverse roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies and action plans, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Utilize the company’s brand to effectively promote job openings to both active and passive candidates.
- Act as a career development advisor for internal candidates, offering guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: At least 3 years in recruitment (Required), with a preference for healthcare recruitment experience.
- Certifications: PHR - Professional in Human Resources (Preferred).
