 Verdantas is seeking an Administrative Coordinator. This position will be located in the Newark, Ohio office.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, maintaining a well-organized and fully supplied office environment 
  • Manage fleet maintenance and logistics effectively 
  • Assist in coordinating resources (team members, equipment, materials) and formatting deliverables for projects 
  • Enhance team productivity through effective office management, scheduling, and coordination 
  • Foster positive client and vendor interactions and communication within the office 

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting fast-paced teams
    • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability in keyboarding skills, note-taking, and transcribing 
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, project management skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of confidential information are required
  • Advanced writing skills that exhibit a high level of command of the English language (both written and verbal), as well as proficiency in integrated computer software applications and internet/intranet communications and research
