Job Overview

Fabuwood Cabinetry Corp is in search of a motivated and reliable Administrative Coordinator to assist with various administrative and clerical responsibilities within our Component Picking Division. This role is essential in providing support to our management team and staff while addressing daily operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone inquiries
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings efficiently
  • Assist in generating regular reports
  • Organize meetings and document detailed minutes
  • Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, and other correspondence
  • Establish and maintain an organized filing system
  • Procure office supplies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with office machinery, including printers and scanners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional time management abilities with a focus on prioritization
  • Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Robust organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
