We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our office team at The Wildlife Trusts. As a key member of our central team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a culture of best practice within the office, promoting health and safety awareness and ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
  • Review and manage contracts for maintenance, cleaning, and shredding services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee reception, delivering a professional and friendly service to our clients and customers.
  • Coordinate and review existing administrative processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in office administration, with a proven track record of multitasking effectively.
  • Excellent influencing skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being organized and resourceful with an eye for written detail.
  • Experience in the NGO sector is desirable but not essential.
