Reporting directly to the Head of Regional Content for North America, this position will provide essential support to senior content leaders, particularly the Head of Creative Development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to swiftly adjust priorities as various demands emerge.

The successful applicant must be comfortable navigating the complexities of a large organization and collaborating with external partners. A strong team player with exceptional attention to detail is essential. Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills are critical, as the role may involve addressing challenges that extend beyond typical administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage executives' schedules, including the arrangement of intricate meetings with external stakeholders, internal teams, and senior executives across different time zones.
  • Collaborate with fellow coordinators and executive assistants to facilitate complex meetings involving senior management and ensure seamless out-of-office coverage.
  • Oversee travel logistics (flights, accommodations, transportation) and process expense reports while monitoring corporate credit card expenditures.
  • Coordinate with Internal Communications and Content Marketing to enhance executive visibility at significant public events, including travel arrangements and preparation materials.
  • Support North America content leadership in fostering internal communication on behalf of team leads across various regions.
  • Provide relationship management assistance, which may encompass follow-up communications, data entry, and additional support as needed.
  • Assist in organizing large team gatherings and events, including all-hands meetings and offsite activities.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required, such as visitor registration and catering arrangements.
