TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - COMMUNITY RELATIONS

The Business Development - Community Relations professional at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy embodies a passion for making a difference. They are the driving force behind promoting our treatment services, forging connections with doctors, facilities, diagnostic centers and healthcare organizations to ensure every child with autism has access to services.

Join a team that values innovation, creativity, and the power of applied behavior analysis. At Kaleidoscope, we believe in thinking outside the box to tailor interventions that truly resonate with each unique individual.

Business Development - Community Relations Qualifications:
o Responsible for the profitable marketing of ABA Therapy services for children with autism. These customers may include, but are not limited to Third Party Payers and Managed Care Companies, Physicians, Psychologists, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, and Medical Institutions.
o Responsible for meeting or exceeding the profitable growth of client referrals and increasing center census.
o Talking to inbound leads and qualifying them as referrals for the intake department to handle.
o Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and outreach plans.
o Responsible for keeping a record of all referral sources, existing customers, tracking trends, markets, and demographics.
o Responsible for analyzing referral data, trends and adjusting marketing efforts based on data analysis.
o Responsible for follow-up on all marketing efforts and informing the Executive Director of the status of activities.
o Work with other management in identifying and qualifying potential new services to meet customer needs.
o Complies with policies and professional standards.
o Acts independently and responsibly to perform duties on a consistent basis.
o Assist with the preparation of newsletters, mailer, email blasts, etc.

Business Development - Community Relations Requirements:
o Requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience in sales and marketing in the service industry.
o Requires a minimum of (3) years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a related field.
o Requires the ability to travel.
o Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
