About the Role

The Director of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships for ASM Global's portfolio of sports facilities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and expand the company's presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and private events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel and work extended hours as needed.
