Mid and Major Market Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Mid and Major Market Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our comprehensive suite of products and services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is driven to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential high-value clients in the midmarket sector through proactive prospecting and leveraging referrals and technology.
  • Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions to address their business challenges and specific needs.
  • Present our products and services to potential clients both in person and via phone.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
  • Manage and forecast monthly and quarterly sales targets accurately.
  • Analyze potential clients’ current practices to uncover additional sales opportunities.
  • Achieve or surpass set sales activity and performance goals.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and initial setups are processed smoothly.
  • Collaborate with Client Services to ensure high client satisfaction and support successful client implementation.
  • Record all sales activities and outcomes in our CRM system, preferably on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with the Client Services and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports, including updates to the CRM system.
  • Provide support and guidance to less experienced sales team members as needed.
  • Uphold a strong work ethic, regular attendance, and ethical business practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in consultative B2B sales with a proven record of success.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

 

Base Salary will range from $65K to $115K a year with an OTE of $120K to 180K.
