Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they meet their sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with plant leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure team success.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Leadership role in the corrugated industry.
  • Career Progression: Demonstrated career progression from Sales to Sales Leadership within the corrugated industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, communication, and problem-solving skills.
