Exciting Opportunity - Based in Northern Michigan, this role as a Regional Sales Executive within our Residential Sales division will cover Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula.

Position Overview:
  • Build and nurture business relationships within the assigned territory or designated customer base, collaborating with regional and corporate sales teams to enhance revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients and potential clients to drive market expansion and promote our product range.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to engage the right customers.
  • Deliver impactful sales and product presentations to clients, ensuring they understand and utilize our products effectively.
  • Actively seek to enhance product knowledge by engaging with internal and external experts.
  • Participate in sales and training meetings.
  • Identify and swiftly address competitive challenges within the territory, providing market intelligence and competitor insights to the Regional Manager.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, adhering to company policies.
  • Complete all required reports in a timely manner.
  • Engage in other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
  • Participate in relevant trade associations, which may involve commitments outside of regular business hours.
  • Maintain current and accurate job tracking and call notes through VTC customer management systems.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales with a proven record of success.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing sales position (business to business).
  • Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance.
  • Clean driving record, meeting Virginia Tile driving standards.
  • Professional appearance and attire.
  • Ability to transport company products in a personal vehicle.
  • Reliable transportation for daily travel to customer locations.
  • Capability to drive throughout the workday.
