Position Overview:
Ansell is seeking a dedicated Industrial Sales Executive to manage and expand our presence in Michigan. The selected candidate will be tasked with cultivating, sustaining, and enhancing sales of all Industrial, Single Use, and Body Protection products to end-user clients. This role may also involve special projects such as training new sales personnel and participating in market assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative of Ansell to our customers, maintaining ethical standards and competitive awareness.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Territory to meet Ansell's strategic goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while converting competitive products to Ansell's offerings.
- Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline exceeding $1.2 million.
- Achieve over $1 million in new business annually.
- Manage relationships with Tier I & II distributor sales representatives and oversee growth plans for Tier III distributors.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key end users.
- Utilize Ansell Guardian effectively to enhance product introduction and market penetration.
- Travel requirements: up to 50%.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of three years of successful field sales experience, preferably in industrial, consumer products, or PPE sales.
- Proven ability to develop and implement territory sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Familiarity with various sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside within Michigan.
