Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with government entities, major corporations, and small enterprises to market and sell commercial vehicles.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and devise strategies to broaden the customer base.
  • Create and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals customized to meet client requirements.
  • Work alongside the marketing department to produce impactful promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate agreements and pricing with clients, securing advantageous terms for both parties.
  • Remain informed about industry developments, competitor actions, and new product launches.
  • Deliver exceptional post-sales assistance, resolving any issues or inquiries that may arise.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities and client communications utilizing CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial vehicle sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in government fleet sales.
  • Familiarity with Isuzu, Mercedes Sprinter Vans, Ford, or GM products is highly advantageous.
  • Strong grasp of the commercial vehicle sector and client expectations.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
