Position Overview

The HVAC/R Sales Account Executive is responsible for identifying and cultivating a robust portfolio of both new and returning clients by delivering a comprehensive range of HVAC/R engineering, estimation, and project oversight services.

This role involves engaging in ethical practices essential for promoting, soliciting, and securing profitable sales to commercial, industrial, and general contractor clients for product and system installations, as well as service and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain regular contact through in-person visits to both prospective and existing clients.
  2. Prepare accurate pricing proposals and quotations.
  3. Ensure timely delivery and follow-up through site visits, overseeing sold projects to guarantee client satisfaction.

The Account Executive is expected to maintain standard office hours, dedicating an average of at least 45 hours per week to these responsibilities. A positive and helpful demeanor is essential in all interactions.
