We are currently in search of a high-caliber Producer to enhance our distinguished Property & Casualty sales team, aiming to further elevate our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive new business growth and achieve financial goals
  • Identify and cultivate new prospects through networking, partnerships, and direct outreach
  • Understand market trends and provide customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance client relationships and meet sales objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license
  • Proven track record in Sales with experience in generating new business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with executives
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
