Role Overview:

We are seeking a High-Performing Insurance Sales Executive to enhance our elite Property & Casualty sales team.

We aim to attract top-tier Sales Professionals to drive our growth further.

Incentives and Recognition:

Our President's Club, an annual incentive program, honors and rewards our leading producers for exceptional achievements. We take pride in celebrating the accomplishments of our top sales professionals.

Producers can also participate in our Equity Programs. After one year of service, they may earn equity through the Rising Star Program, contingent upon their book of business reaching specific thresholds.

After two full calendar years, producers can earn equity through the All-Star Program, once their book of business exceeds $1 million, subject to minimum growth objectives.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective business strategies to create a business development plan aimed at new business acquisition, aligning with organizational financial goals.
- Identify and nurture new prospects through networking, strategic partnerships, industry events, and direct outreach efforts.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and understand business dynamics.

- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of various solutions to complex challenges, determining the most suitable options to meet client needs.

- Maintain strong relationships with trading partners, including insurance carriers and wholesalers.
- Identify key influencers that can aid in lead generation and client engagement.
- Build relationships and conduct analyses with prospective clients to comprehend their organizational structure, key decision-makers, and business requirements.
- Achieve sales targets while fostering relationships with key stakeholders post-client acquisition, focusing on expanding opportunities.
- Collaborate with client service team members and national practice resources.
- Work with colleagues in other practice areas to enhance and broaden client relationships through cross-selling.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.

- 3-5 years of prior professional experience as a Sales Professional with a proven track record in generating new business and delivering exceptional client service.

- Willingness to engage in prospecting calls and networking to develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone.
- Proficient in presenting, promoting, and selling solutions to C-suite executives.
- Willingness to travel for networking, prospecting, and client meetings.
