Position Overview

Priority1, Inc., a vibrant national organization, is currently on the lookout for recent graduates to join our business-to-business sales team in the Grand Rapids area.

We are in search of motivated, polished, and diligent candidates eager to embark on a sales career. Priority1 is a leading consulting and contract logistics firm, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse solutions.

We are expanding rapidly and looking to recruit new outside Regional Sales Executives for the Grand Rapids, MI market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (extensive B2B cold calling involved)
  • Generate leads and effectively utilize CRM tools to monitor activities
  • Establish and manage new client accounts
  • Oversee accounts that you have developed
Training and Development

At Priority1, we prioritize the support of our Regional Sales Executives through top-tier training and development programs. New hires can anticipate three weeks of corporate training within their first two years, with opportunities for further advanced training as they progress in their careers. All training sessions are conducted in a centralized location and led by our Executive Development Team, who have extensive sales experience. Additionally, new Regional Sales Executives will be integrated into our 'Fast Start Program' immediately following their initial training, which includes three months of hands-on field training with senior management.

Qualifications for a Priority1 Regional Sales Executive
  • 0-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (ideal fields include business, marketing, or communication)
  • Active participation in campus activities (athletic backgrounds are highly valued)

Compensation Package

Base salary of $40K plus uncapped commission, $500 monthly vehicle allowance, and reimbursement for fuel expenses.

Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Profit Sharing: Typical annual contribution of 15% of total eligible compensation.
