Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve financial objectives and foster organic growth.
  • Identify and engage new prospects through networking, strategic partnerships, and direct outreach.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to assess strengths and weaknesses of various solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with trading partners, including insurance carriers and wholesalers.
  • Cultivate connections with centers of influence to generate leads and access potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to understand prospective clients' needs and decision-making processes.
  • Achieve sales targets while nurturing relationships with key stakeholders post-acquisition.
  • Collaborate with client service teams and national resources to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Work alongside colleagues in other practice areas to expand client relationships through cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of new business generation and exceptional client service.
  • Willingness to engage in prospecting and networking activities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Experience in presenting and promoting solutions effectively.
  • Capability to interact with C-suite executives.
  • Willingness to travel for networking and client engagement.
