About the role

We are looking for a conscientious and customer-focused individual to join our supportive team as an Administrative Officer within Shared Fleet Services (SFS).

In SFS we are responsible for the Government vehicle and plant replacement, servicing, maintenance and repair either directly through our workshops, or indirectly through contractors.

Working alongside other officers, you will engage with fleet users and undertake administrative tasks. You will also provide assistance, advice and guidance on a variety of vehicle and plant maintenance and general administrative topics and ensure that information relating to the vehicle and plant servicing, maintenance, repair and safety is entered onto Shared Fleet Services management systems. This will involve acting as the ‘face of fleet’ by undertaking duties such as answering phones and taking messages, booking meeting rooms, pooling vehicles and issuing vehicle keys to authorised employees.
