First Entertainment Credit Union - Branch Manager Position

First Entertainment Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to play a vital role in achieving the Credit Union's objectives by actively contributing to expense control, profitability, business growth, and member satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee branch operations, service quality, growth initiatives, and goal attainment with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading, supervising, and training staff to ensure exceptional service delivery, business expansion, and seamless branch operations. Key responsibilities will include motivating, coaching, hiring, and managing staff functions while ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines.This full-time role, located in Culver City, CA, reports to the Director, Specialty Sales, and offers a competitive salary range between $82,000 and $102,000 in California.Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and inspire staff to meet branch and individual goals consistently while providing necessary feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations while overseeing training and development activities for the team.
  • Lead branch development efforts to drive sales and maximize growth opportunities through cross-selling.
  • Monitor account activities to leverage cross-selling opportunities effectively and improve overall branch performance.
  • Identify areas for operational enhancement and efficiency to support goal achievement and productivity.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities including hiring, performance reviews, and training.
  • Maintain controls for operational tasks such as dual controls for designated functions.
  • Focus on meeting monthly and annual Member Satisfaction Scores consistently.
  • Complete assigned reports accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Offer support and approval as needed while providing backup assistance to team members.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance branch operations and productivity.
  • Execute other duties as delegated.

Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent; further education preferred.
  • Six or more years of experience in financial institutions, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in goal attainment, leadership, and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Credit Union products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software applications.
  • Notary Public certification and NMLS registration mandatory.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
