You will lead contract renegotiations and actively pursue new service opportunities.
Additionally, you will lead and engage in team project initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include producing metrics and reports to monitor team performance.

You will ensure payroll processes are executed for your portfolio, which includes verifying that managers have completed payroll-related tasks and reviewing and approving timesheets as necessary; you should be capable of generating timekeeping reports and deriving meaningful workforce metrics from the data.

You will communicate and convey safety and job-related training to various service team members and managers.

You will develop metrics for portfolio supply inventory for budgeting and client contract negotiations, which may include cost-saving measures.

Requirements include:
~ A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a service-oriented field
~ Consistent maintenance of quality standards
~ Familiarity with technology and timekeeping systems, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
~ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret relevant data and draw meaningful conclusions
~ Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
~ Experience collaborating with unions and union team members (preferred)
~ Knowledge of commercial, healthcare, or aerospace industry standards (preferred)
~ Willingness to travel regionally and nationally for work purposes
