Key Responsibilities


Establish relationships to generate new clients through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, referrals, social media, and public speaking).

Thoroughly understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and develop personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their objectives.

Oversee branch operations, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience that aligns with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.

Create a highly engaging environment in the branch characterized by mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates should possess at least one of the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in the financial services sector.
- Experience in financial services and/or sales.
- Relevant financial services registration, licensing, or certification.
- Professional and/or military career progression.

Licensing Requirements:


SIE (which can be obtained without Firm sponsorship), Series 7, and Series 66 will be required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned paid study period.

FINRA registrations are required within three months.

State insurance licenses will also be necessary.

As an associate, you are expected to complete ongoing training provided by the firm and regulatory authorities (FINRA and SEC), along with required CE training to maintain licenses in good standing.
