Role Responsibilities:


The primary focus of the Educational Recruitment Specialist is to oversee the candidate hiring process, cultivate strong relationships with educators and school partners, effectively match educators with classroom vacancies, and consistently deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technology, possess a solid understanding of the education sector, and exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills.


Key Duties:
  • Recruitment: Evaluate and screen candidates through online searches, reference checks, and interviews, adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Management: Build professional relationships with educators to support their career aspirations.
  • Vacancy Solutions: Address urgent staffing needs by placing qualified educators in classrooms.
  • Relationship Building: Provide personalized service and develop meaningful connections with key personnel at partner schools.
  • Business Development: Expand Scoot's reach by establishing authentic relationships with schools.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in education, recruitment, sales, or customer service
  • Knowledge and experience in the education market
  • Exceptional IT and administrative capabilities
