Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who excels in connecting with people and fulfilling their needs. This role is motivated by a competitive commission structure and offers a clear pathway for career advancement. The successful candidate will enhance the professional reputation of AppleOne by delivering exceptional service and results in both temporary and direct hire recruitment and placement support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise attendance records.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Organize and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly activities to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist staff in mastering time management techniques to ensure branch KPIs are met.

Engage in consistent client retention and new client acquisition efforts, which include:

  • Meeting with potential and existing clients to evaluate their staffing needs and propose suitable services and candidates.
  • Gathering job orders, confirming all relevant details, and providing approved pricing.
  • Utilizing discretion to identify and recommend pre-qualified candidates for job orders, crafting compelling profiles for each candidate.
  • Timely submission of qualified candidates for job orders, including those sourced from team members.
  • Guiding candidates and clients through the hiring process with prompt responses and clear instructions.
  • Conducting quality calls and one-on-one meetings with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

Engage in proactive recruiting and relationship-building activities to cultivate a robust candidate pool, including:

  • Leveraging online platforms, networking, and company resources to identify potential applicants.
  • Attracting qualified candidates to AppleOne and relevant job openings through effective communication.
  • Interviewing candidates to assess qualifications, interests, and availability, ensuring thorough documentation of the interview process.
  • Screening, testing, and referencing candidates as required for open positions.
  • Negotiating compensation and benefits with candidates while maintaining equity among similar roles.
  • Driving business development through various communication channels with local organizations.
