Hours: 8am – 5pm
Salary: $71,843

Compensation Based on Experience


Key Responsibilities

Client Service Manager Duties:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for a segment of the branch team, overseeing business development initiatives and ensuring alignment with company and division objectives.
  • Manage daily operations of a segment of the branch team, ensuring quality and satisfaction for Care Partners, Clients, and Referral Sources while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Effectively implement business strategies.
  • Oversee daily activities of assigned team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance assessments, scheduling, risk management, timekeeping, and compliance needs.
  • Ensure on-call support for clients and field staff.
  • Identify and appropriately source cross-referral opportunities within the branch.

Qualifications

Client Service Manager Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred: Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based organization.
  • Preferred: One or more years of experience in Business Development.
  • Preferred: Experience in Home Care or Staffing.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
