Position Summary
This role is pivotal in providing administrative and operational assistance to the Marketing & Community Relations Department. The position is designed for individuals who excel in organizational and communication skills, ensuring a seamless flow of marketing requests and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for marketing inquiries, managing requests through the MarketingRequest portal and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
  • Perform general administrative functions, including:
    • Maintaining organized files and managing marketing supply inventory.
    • Coordinating schedules for company events and staff involvement.
    • Processing departmental correspondence.
    • Overseeing marketing display materials and promotional items.
  • Track expenses and manage invoice payments, providing budget updates to management as necessary.
  • Publish and disseminate marketing communications to internal staff.
  • Update and create promotional materials, including flyers and posters, as required.
  • Coordinate the distribution of content across various marketing channels, ensuring effective messaging.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate website updates and maintain timely communication.
  • Ensure proper targeting and publication of marketing materials.
  • Assist in organizing event production materials and promotional packets.
  • Conduct visits to branch locations to distribute marketing materials and assess display effectiveness.
  • Maintain the online marketing file structure for consistency.
  • Manage Intranet content for the Marketing department.
  • Provide daily support to team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Deliver services that align with the organization's mission of supporting members in achieving their financial goals.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations relevant to the financial sector.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role include:
  • Regular activities such as sitting, standing, reaching, and walking.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 10 pounds.
  • Potential for overtime work as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Capable of interacting with personnel at all levels within the organization.
