Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for marketing inquiries and requests.
- Track and manage requests through the Marketing Request portal, ensuring timely delivery and communication with stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including:
- Maintaining marketing files and inventory
- Coordinating schedules for events and staff participation
- Processing departmental correspondence
- Oversee marketing display materials and promotional items.
- Manage expense tracking and invoice payments, reporting budget status to management as needed.
- Publish and distribute marketing communications to internal teams.
- Update and create promotional materials, including flyers and posters.
- Coordinate messaging across various marketing channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments for website updates and content delivery.
- Organize and fulfill event production materials and promotional packets.
- Conduct branch visits to deploy marketing materials and audit displays.
- Maintain the online marketing file structure and oversee intranet content.
- Provide daily support to team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Deliver services that align with the organization's mission to provide relevant products and education to help members achieve their financial goals.

Physical Requirements
The role may require the following physical activities:
- Frequent sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and talking
- Occasional lifting or moving of up to 10 pounds
- Potential for overtime work
