Responsibilities

Client Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for a segment of the branch team, overseeing business development initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational and divisional objectives.
  • Manage daily operations of a segment of the branch team, ensuring quality service delivery and satisfaction for Care Partners, Clients, and Referral Sources while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Effectively implement business strategies and initiatives.
  • Supervise the daily activities of assigned team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance assessments, scheduling, risk management, and compliance with human resource requirements.
  • Offer on-call support and oversight for client and field staff needs.
  • Identify and source cross-referral opportunities within the branch.

Qualifications

Client Service Manager Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred experience includes two years in a supervisory role within a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based organization.
  • Business Development experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in Home Care or Staffing is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
