As a key player in Sensor and Power products, Allegro is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive our business growth and investments in the Americas region. In this role, you will lead direct Automotive OEM engagements, establish partnerships, influence technical roadmaps, and expand the adoption of Allegro's product portfolios. Additionally, you will be instrumental in defining product strategies and regional plans to explore new growth opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engagements with Automotive OEMs in North America to foster partnerships
  • Drive Automotive OEM RFQ responses and influence technical roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Tier1 and Allegro sales teams to secure automotive projects
  • Oversee marketing activities such as market research, competitor analysis, and new product development
  • Partner with HQ business units to develop OEM promotion strategies
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Support sales in acquiring new customers, especially in xEV and ADAS applications
  • Provide product training and consultation to customers
  • Work with sales managers to implement effective sales strategies
Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or automotive engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductors/automotive industry
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive OEMs and experience with sensor and power products
  • Deep understanding of sensor and power market trends and applications
  • Strong communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
