Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and drive the Strategic Sales Growth Plan for key accounts.
  • Identify and explore new design opportunities within key accounts.
  • Utilize analytical skills to accurately monitor and project revenue.
  • Engage in technical discussions with engineers to facilitate technology integration in new designs.
  • Strategically prioritize high-growth opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including executive and engineering leadership.
  • Manage revenue growth and design funnel expansion as the Account Manager.
  • Oversee the full funnel management process, from opportunity discovery to revenue conversion.
  • Process RFQs and lead the quotation efforts.
  • Negotiate annual pricing adjustments within budget constraints and multi-year revenue plans.
  • Ensure precise monthly forecasting of customer revenue.
  • Collaborate with management to develop, execute, and review account strategies.
  • Drive design wins directly and through collaboration with ODMs in various regions.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to manage resources across multiple cross-functional teams and regions.
  • Exhibit a strong motivation to sell solution-oriented silicon products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
