Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and drive the Strategic Sales Growth Plan across key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new design opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Utilize analytical skills to effectively monitor and project revenue.
  • Engage technically with engineers to facilitate technology integration in new designs.
  • Strategically prioritize high-growth opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including executive and engineering leadership.
  • Manage revenue growth and the design funnel for assigned accounts.
  • Oversee the entire funnel management process, from opportunity discovery to revenue conversion.
  • Handle RFQ processes and lead quotation efforts.
  • Negotiate annual pricing adjustments within budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure accurate monthly revenue forecasting for customers.
  • Collaborate with management to formulate, execute, and assess account strategies.
  • Drive design wins through direct efforts and collaboration with ODMs in various regions.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to manage resources across multiple functions and regions.
  • Exhibit a strong motivation to sell solution-oriented silicon products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
