The Sales Account Executive (SAE) is integral to driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship management, and teamwork. Collaborating closely with clients and the Business Development Manager (BDM), the SAE is responsible for building and maintaining robust partnerships, uncovering sales prospects, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with team members, suppliers, and partners to fulfill client requirements.
- Establish and nurture connections with both new and existing clients to foster enduring partnerships.
- Identify and chase sales leads and opportunities, including distribution and capital sales.
- Manage incoming inquiries and assist clients effectively.
- Accurately process client purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Address client concerns and issues swiftly and effectively.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and performing stock audits.
- Leverage CRM software to monitor sales activities and manage client records.
- Support the BDM by preparing proposals, product details, and data sheets to secure new business.
- Help schedule appointments and meetings for the BDM.
- Stay updated on company offerings to enhance sales initiatives.
- Conduct territory sales assessments to identify trends and growth opportunities.
