Key Responsibilities:- Implement strategic sales initiatives to drive growth at key accounts.
- Identify and explore new design opportunities within strategic accounts.
- Utilize analytical skills to effectively monitor and project revenue.
- Engage with engineers to facilitate technology integration in new designs.
- Strategically prioritize high-growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including executive and engineering leadership.
- Manage account responsibilities focusing on revenue and design funnel expansion.
- Oversee the discovery of opportunities, design integration, and revenue conversion through comprehensive funnel management.
- Process RFQs and lead the quotation process.
- Negotiate annual pricing adjustments within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure accurate monthly revenue forecasting for customers.
- Collaborate with management to develop, execute, and assess account strategies.
- Drive design wins through direct efforts and collaboration with ODMs in various regions.
- Work collaboratively within a team to manage resources across multiple cross-functional teams and regions.
- Exhibit a strong motivation to sell solution-oriented silicon products.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
