Role Overview

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the organization. You are expected to be a proven sales leader with a strong Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, adept at collaboration, relationship building, and fostering trust with clients and internal teams. Your expertise in GTM, coupled with a deep understanding of managed cloud services and market dynamics, will be essential in achieving results.

Your Contributions
  • Sales Performance: You will be accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets for managed cloud services and cloud resell initiatives. Engaging with clients to identify opportunities and share your product knowledge will be key.
  • Strategic Development: You will formulate and implement growth strategies with a business-oriented mindset, collaborating with product, global sales, and business unit leaders to position Bosch as a frontrunner in managed cloud services. Analyzing business performance to uncover opportunities and refine product offerings will be crucial.
  • Portfolio Representation: You will actively represent the product portfolio at customer and partner events, focusing on growth objectives, enablement needs, and key sales activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work alongside global teams to prioritize growth initiatives and provide industry insights for strategic planning.
  • Effective Communication: You will create and present compelling value propositions, building trust with clients and engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial Approach: You are a proactive self-starter with a collaborative mindset, staying informed about product technologies and competitive positioning.
  • Presentation Expertise: You will deliver presentations on enterprise products to prospective B2B clients, aligning with their cloud infrastructure and business objectives.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: You will maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on opportunities, pipeline, and customer acquisitions, contributing valuable insights to the broader business strategy.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in exceeding sales quotas as a Major/Strategic Account Sales Manager
  • Proven ability in planning, strategy, qualification, and execution within cloud sales
  • In-depth understanding of the Public Cloud services sector in the U.S.
  • Experience in target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong grasp of customer buying behaviors, market trends, and key drivers for effective sales strategies
  • Proficient in financial metrics, ROI assessment, and market analysis
  • Experience in enterprise software development or cloud transformation initiatives, with a technical background in cloud technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated enterprise software sales experience in a large, matrixed organization
  • Experience in building partnerships and selling services on AWS, Azure, and GCP
Travel Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel (including internationally) up to 33%
