Job Description:
A leading industrial wholesaler is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join their team. This role will consist of the following responsibilities:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate shipment confirmations with logistics partners.
- Liaise with customers to address inquiries, provide order status updates, and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on order requirements and delivery schedules.
- Utilize Excel to analyze sales and logistics data, identify trends, and generate reports as needed.
- Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring and reconciliation.
- Maintain organized documentation of sales orders, invoices, and shipping records.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business or Supply Chain)
- Excel proficiency
- Strong communication
- Invoicing experience
- Inventory experience (plus not required)
