  4. Patient Experience Enhancement: Develop and implement best practices to improve patient satisfaction and effectively resolve any complaints.
  5. Staff Management: Assist in recruitment, staff development, and performance evaluations in collaboration with management and HR.
  6. Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring all inquiries are addressed appropriately.
  7. Scheduling and Record Maintenance: Create employee schedules and maintain accurate patient records while fostering a professional environment.
  8. Billing Coordination: Collaborate with the billing team to track payments and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  9. Customer Service Training: Ensure exceptional service in all patient interactions and oversee staff training to maintain high service standards.
  10. Inventory Management: Review and manage office inventory, including medical and office supplies.
  11. Reporting: Generate statistical reports on a regular basis, providing insights and commentary on performance metrics.
  12. Administrative Support: Perform various clerical tasks as needed to enhance provider productivity and patient care.
  13. Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office or an Associate's degree in a health-related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a patient-facing clinical environment with a solid understanding of medical terminology.
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  4. Proficient in verbal and written communication, with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Familiarity with computerized appointment scheduling systems and Electronic Medical Records.
  6. Bilingual skills are preferred based on the needs of the facility.
