- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring all inquiries are addressed appropriately.
- Scheduling and Record Maintenance: Create employee schedules and maintain accurate patient records while fostering a professional environment.
- Billing Coordination: Collaborate with the billing team to track payments and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Customer Service Training: Ensure exceptional service in all patient interactions and oversee staff training to maintain high service standards.
- Inventory Management: Review and manage office inventory, including medical and office supplies.
- Reporting: Generate statistical reports on a regular basis, providing insights and commentary on performance metrics.
- Administrative Support: Perform various clerical tasks as needed to enhance provider productivity and patient care.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office or an Associate's degree in a health-related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a patient-facing clinical environment with a solid understanding of medical terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with computerized appointment scheduling systems and Electronic Medical Records.
- Bilingual skills are preferred based on the needs of the facility.
