Position Overview

The Luxury Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to Owners and crew at an exclusive NetJets facility. This position is dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience by actively engaging with various service providers, including airport staff, FBOs, caterers, and ground transportation teams. The Luxury Guest Services Coordinator is committed to fostering Owner loyalty through personalized service, deep knowledge of client needs, and proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees personal scheduling based on critical factors such as flight activity, departure and arrival times, and surrounding airport operations. Proactively addresses potential service disruptions while maintaining clear communication with relevant departments. Responsible for the upkeep of lounge facilities and management of high-value inventory to optimize availability for Owners.
  • Utilizes analytical skills to establish site-specific operational practices and procedures that accommodate unique circumstances without compromising service quality.
  • Collaborates with crew and Owner Services to enhance communication clarity and swiftly resolve any issues. Demonstrates empathy, assertiveness, and diplomacy in all interactions, serving as the Owner's representative during operational challenges.
  • Engages with local third-party vendors to ensure service expectations are met, providing them with timely information on anticipated flight activity to facilitate effective management of NetJets operations.
  • Participates in special events, high-traffic days, and training initiatives, while working alongside Marketing and Sales to identify new business opportunities based on local insights.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Hospitality or Aviation is preferred.

Experience

2-4 years of experience in high-end hospitality environments.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality customer service.

  • Strong foundation in hospitality service standards, including language proficiency, proper introductions, table settings, and beverage service.
  • Ability to work independently within established operational guidelines.

  • Self-motivated, diplomatic, and adept at problem-solving, with a confident and outgoing personality.
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
