Key Responsibilities- Cultivate Owner loyalty through personalized interactions and proactive service, anticipating needs and preferences.
- Manage a dynamic schedule based on flight activity, prioritizing tasks to meet weekly performance metrics.
- Address and resolve potential service disruptions promptly, maintaining clear communication with relevant departments.
- Oversee the upkeep of lounge facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for Owners and guests.
- Monitor and control inventory of high-value items, ensuring proper tracking and availability for Owner needs.
- Maintain stock levels of essential supplies, coordinating orders as necessary.
- Develop and implement site-specific operational practices to adapt to unique circumstances without compromising service quality.
- Collaborate with crew and Owner Services to enhance communication and swiftly address any issues that arise.
- Act as an advocate for Owners during operational challenges, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Foster relationships with local vendors to ensure service expectations are met consistently.
- Provide advance notice of peak flight schedules to vendors, facilitating efficient service delivery.
- Participate in special events and training initiatives, contributing to marketing efforts by sharing insights on local facilities and potential business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Hospitality or Aviation preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in high-end hospitality customer service.
- Strong knowledge of aviation and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations while demonstrating diplomacy and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
