Our client, a leading provider of cloud-based communication solutions, is currently in search of a dedicated Senior Executive Assistant to the Global Leadership Team. This role is predominantly remote, and the candidate must be based in Seattle, WA. As a pivotal Administrative Business Partner, you will support the executive team in streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar with precision, coordinating international travel arrangements.
- Execute a variety of administrative functions, including meticulous calendar oversight, travel logistics, expense documentation, and adherence to organizational deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality while interacting with the Board and other key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison for scheduling interviews with C-suite executives.
- Organize and oversee team retreats, events, and other corporate activities.
- Ensure accurate management of purchase orders in compliance with company standards.
- Handle office management duties, including vendor relationships and supply oversight.
- Collaborate with global teams to facilitate successful domestic and international meetings and projects.
- Lead and manage smaller-scale projects within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience in a high-tech or international setting, with a focus on travel coordination, expense management, calendar oversight, and office administration.
- Proven experience in managing team meetings, including agenda preparation and content development.
- Demonstrated leadership in project management.
- Expertise in purchase order management and office administration.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or equivalent roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of project and program management principles, with the ability to apply them to operational challenges.
- Capability to serve as a central point of contact for various departments and external partners, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven ability to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the development of new strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and functions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
