Job Title: Executive Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive Assistant to join our Seattle office and contribute to our continued success. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform general office duties, including managing office files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Handle scheduling, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and process documentation, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate and support special projects and company events.
  • Ensure office equipment and facilities are well-maintained and functioning properly.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as required.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or investment companies is highly preferred.
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher in business administration or a related field is a plus.
