Clinical Coordinator - RN - Med/Surg


Job Description As a Registered Nurse at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients.

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a leadership role as a Clinical Registered Nurse Coordinator on our Med/Surg Unit $15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR ELIGIBLE, EXPERIENCED RNS Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within a hospital.

Schedules employee shifts and ensures admitting and discharge functions are providing for optimal patient flow. Develop and maintain strong partnership with physicians. Ensures that hospital resources are being used in the most efficient manner. Assigns patients to appropriate health practitioners. May perform other administrative functions as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited RN program. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas, or license with a compact state required upon hire American Red Cross approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.

Telemetry experience Minimum of 3 years of Med/Surg experience in an acute care hospital setting required What We Offer:
