Cedar Park Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to become an integral part of our Neurology Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and organize appointment schedules
  • Welcome patients and visitors warmly
  • Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Ensure accurate preparation of patient charts and completion of all necessary intake documentation
  • Input patient information, charges, and payments into the clinic's electronic system
  • Confirm patient insurance eligibility and coverage details
  • Handle patient payment collections with precision
  • May assist with end-of-day financial reconciliations
  • Potentially provide support to other clinics as required
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one (1) year of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a family practice, internal medicine, or OB/GYN clinic setting
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous
