Role Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all unit functions during your shift. You will collaborate with management to:

  • Direct and evaluate nursing care in alignment with established policies.
  • Serve as a resource for staff and embody the organization's values.
  • Facilitate efficient admission and discharge processes.
  • Engage in continuous assessment of patient care quality.
  • Implement nursing strategies to enhance staff engagement.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure effective labor management.
  • Oversee inventory control and supply management.
