We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to become a vital part of our Neurology Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and organize appointment schedules
  • Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor
  • Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Ensure accurate preparation of patient charts and completion of all necessary intake documentation
  • Input patient information, billing details, and payments into the clinic's computer system
  • Confirm patient insurance eligibility and coverage details
  • Handle patient payment collections with precision
  • May be tasked with conducting end-of-day financial reconciliations
  • May be required to assist at other clinic locations as necessary
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least one (1) year of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a family practice, internal medicine, or OB/GYN clinic setting
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous
