Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional, patient-focused care and overseeing all departmental functions during assigned shifts. Working alongside the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing practices in line with established protocols, serving as a resource for staff and exemplifying the organization's core values.

Key Duties Include:

  • Facilitating patient admissions and discharges to promote efficient care delivery.
  • Engaging in continuous assessment of care quality in collaboration with management.
  • Fostering teamwork and collaboration to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Championing a patient-first approach and addressing service recovery as needed.
  • Implementing nursing strategies to boost staff engagement and patient satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
  • Managing staff schedules and labor resources effectively.
  • Overseeing inventory management and supply procurement.
Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Current Registered Nurse license.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
