Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, providing support to all members of the Operations team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain operational databases: You will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our operational databases. This may include tasks such as entering new information, updating existing records, and generating reports.
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks and workflows: You will play a role in coordinating the flow of information and tasks between different departments.
  • Handle administrative tasks: You will provide essential administrative support, which will include responding to emails, managing inventory, and processing paperwork.
  • Support with project management: You will assist the project management team with day-to-day tasks, such as creating contracts, tracking project progress, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Maintain operational documentation: You will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining operational documents such as procedures manuals and user guides.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement: You will proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement strategies to optimize workflows.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to operational challenges.
