Position Overview

Role: Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR)

Location: Seattle Operations LLC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly assess each resident to ensure their personal care requirements are fulfilled according to their preferences.
  • Review and update care plans daily to reflect any modifications in the resident's daily care regimen.
  • Notify the Nurse Supervisor of any alterations in the resident's health status to ensure accurate documentation on the care plan.
  • Assist residents with their daily activities, including preparation for social events and transporting them to appointments.
  • Foster a nurturing, patient, and positive environment for residents.
  • Prepare resident rooms for their comfort and readiness.
  • Engage in facility evaluations conducted by authorized governmental bodies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a 10th-grade education is required.
  • Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program and in the process of obtaining certification.
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards for all resident care information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Effectively relay essential resident information to Charge Nurses, the Director of Nursing, and/or the Administrator.
