Position Overview

Role: Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR)

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-Time

Compensation: $22.50 per hour

Work Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular checks on residents to ensure their personal care needs are met according to their preferences.
  • Review and update care plans daily to reflect any changes in residents' daily care routines.
  • Notify the Nurse Supervisor of any alterations in residents' conditions to ensure accurate documentation on care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, including preparation for social programs and transportation to appointments.
  • Foster a warm, patient, and enthusiastic environment for residents.
  • Prepare residents' rooms for their comfort and readiness.
  • Engage in facility evaluations conducted by authorized governmental bodies.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a 10th-grade education is required.
  • Completion of a Nursing Assistant course and in the process of obtaining certification.
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards for all resident care information as per HIPAA regulations.
  • Communicate essential resident information effectively to Charge Nurses, the Director of Nursing, and/or the Administrator.
