  • Assist in hiring and training of supervisors and station employees
  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure overtime is used effectively
  • Ensure employee productivity and efficiency
  • Check machinery and equipment and coordinate repairs
  • Perform special tasks or assignments as delegated by the Station Manager
  • Meet physical ability requirements
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 4 years of college preferred
  • Preferred: Airline supervisory experience
  • Valid U.S. driver's license preferred
  • Ability to work well with others as part of a team
  • Ability to type and/or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed
  • Ability to meet the public and work well under stressful situations
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and via radio equipment
  • Extensive knowledge in Customer Service, Ramp, and Operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate
