Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, ranging from $35 to $40.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and executing patient treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation as per facility standards.
  • Enhance clinical skills through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Document patient progress to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
  • Contribute to departmental operations and support team initiatives.
  • Report any changes in patient condition to the supervising therapist promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
  • Ability to practice without restrictions.
  • Good standing with all relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Understanding of Medicare and other insurance processes.
  • Knowledge of residents' rights and ethical standards.
  • Professional demeanor and effective multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in English communication skills.
  • Current CPR certification.
