As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on: Leading a team of solution and support engineers and create a collaborative & open team environment where everyone can make an incredible impact. Coordinating outreach between Developers and internal teams to make sure we can resolve technical questions and issues. Developing processes and tools to enable us to support our fast-growing Enterprise and Developer community efficiently.

Owning and driving the delivery of cross-team and cross-group initiatives and projects from ideation to completion, with autonomy and decision-making independence. Showcasing powerful presentations and demos, help develop demo agendas and prepare software demo presentations for Developers. Being the voice of Developers by communicating customer technical capability needs to product and engineering teams and API needs to the Ecosystem product and engineering teams.

Nurturing engagement in our Developers' community while also championing them inside the company by raising awareness of their pain points, feedback, and feature requests. You're probably a match if You have the ability to lead, coach & grow a strong, senior engineering team.

You possess firmly grounded computer science and engineering fundamentals with experience in developing web applications. You have experience developing, integrating into APIs, and building web solutions. You have at least 6+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or equivalent experience.

You can showcase fantastic technical troubleshooting skills in an Enterprise SaaS-based environment. You have prior experience with custom extension/integration development and different web platforms and app marketplaces. You show a customer-focused attitude and demeanor.

You are an effective communicator with a strong voice when writing. About the team The Ecosystem group contributes to Canva's growth towards 1 billion users by creating an abundant app ecosystem that tailors to the diverse needs of our users across all demographics.

As Canva continues to play a larger role in organizations with larger teams, it is essential that we continue growing an ecosystem that supports both apps and integrations with 3rd party tools/apps/services. Ecosystem has launched the Canva Apps SDK and is continuing to evolve Ecosystem product offering by launching the public REST API for Canva to serve third-party developers (Connect API) and support integrations with enterprises and SaaS software The Ecosystem strategy involves three priorities: Build and scale the Canva API to enable deep integrations into (and outside of) Canva's editor product Create a truly delightful experience for our developers and their customers.
